It was a halcyon day spent with good friends, wine, and food. We lingered, luxuriating in the company and sunshine. What a great day. Try Postino's for brunch, while the patio is still comfortably cool.

Postino Brunch
Last Sunday we went to Postino's (5144 N. Central Ave.)for brunch with Liam and our friends Jenny and Gabe (Jenny's new finance!). Jenny and Bruce have known each other forever and it was great to catch up and just hang out.
Postino's brunch was terrific. The weather was perfect, and we sat on the patio enjoying the music, belinis, and mimosas. There was a great band playing some acoustic guitar rhythms. In fact, we liked them so much, we got their CD and are going to try to book them for our wedding. Liam and Bruce split the french toast and eggs and they were delicious. Marla got an egg panini that was also tasty.
